當與客戶定了火化日期和時間後，客戶可選擇親臨到我們大角咀現場觀看整個火化的過程。
火化時間一般由一個半小時至三小時不等，視乎寵物體型的大小，經過火化處理後寵物遺體會變成骨灰。  
 

When the date and time has been set, we may arrange client to to witness cremation ceremony in our Tai Kok Tsui center, the cremation time will take around one and a half hours to three hours, according to the pet's size. After cremation, the pet's remain will change to ashes.
